Caregiver Sat-Sun 3PM-11PM

We are looking for a dependable, caring, and dedicated caregiver to provide quality support to a client in their home. The ideal candidate will be patient, encouraging, and committed to promoting independence while providing safety and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide standby assistance with walking, exercise, and fall prevention
• Support daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks
• Encourage independence with personal care, routines, and communication
• Provide companionship through conversation, games, puzzles, and activities
• Encourage physical activity, including walks, stretching, and workouts
• Assist with scheduling accessible transportation and checking voicemail
• Support approved community outings and activities
• Provide calm, respectful communication and positive reinforcement
• Monitor safety and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable providing standby assistance and safety supervision
• Ability to encourage independence while providing appropriate support
• Previous caregiving or direct support experience is a plus
• Ability to pass required background checks
