We are seeking a reliable, patient, and compassionate caregiver to provide daily support to an individual in a home and community setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable following structured routines and behavioral support strategies consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily living activities, meals, medication routines, and personal care

• Follow a structured daily schedule and established care guidelines

• Prepare meals according to the approved meal plan

• Provide companionship and engage in appropriate activities

• Support community outings and appointments

• Implement preventative and de-escalation strategies when challenging behaviors occur

• Maintain a calm, consistent, and supportive environment

• Monitor household supplies and communicate needed items

• Maintain safety and provide continuous supervision as required

• CPT First Aid
• Live Scan
• Negative TB test within last two years
