Amada Senior Care provides high-quality, non-medical, in-home care to seniors, many of whom are veterans. Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and engaged in their own homes.

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: League City, TX

• Hours: Flexible morning and evening availability

• Pay: $12–$16 per hour, based on experience

YOUR ROLE

As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized support and compassionate care to elderly clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, and dressing

• Reminding clients to take prescribed medications

• Assisting with mobility inside and outside the home, including walking and appointments

• Planning and preparing meals

• Completing grocery shopping or accompanying clients as needed

• Performing light housekeeping duties

• Observing, reporting, and appropriately responding to changes in condition or emergencies

• Encouraging and assisting with activities essential to daily living

QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, supportive, and ready to make a difference.

• Valid driver’s license

• Current auto insurance

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience

• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home address

• Ability to work with both male and female clients

• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

• Compassionate, dependable, and supportive demeanor
