Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will:

• Create genuine connections with our guests through exceptional hospitality.
• Smile and maintain eye contact with guests.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Work alongside your teammates to provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Honor and support the vision and values of Chick-fil-A.
• Multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Remain on your feet for several hours during your shift.

Previous restaurant experience is appreciated but not required—we're happy to train the right people!

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Be willing and able to work scheduled daytime shifts.
• Lift and carry 10–65 pounds.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
