High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
Availability for weekend, overnight or night shifts (preferred)
Ability to commute to the Sterling, OH 44276 area

Your day-to-day support will include:
Meal prep & nutrition — planning shopping lists, preparing food, and keeping the kitchen organized and safe
Home care — keeping living spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming (dusting, mopping, laundry, and more)
Personal care — assisting with bathing, grooming, eating, and other essential daily routines with respect and care
Medical equipment support — helping individuals use durable medical equipment safely
Transportation — driving individuals to appointments and activities as needed
Documentation — completing shift notes at the end of each day to ensure continuity of care
Positive energy — bringing a supportive, encouraging attitude that makes a real difference
