At The Springs Living, our purpose is to change the way people think, feel, and experience senior living. At The Springs at Clackamas Woods, our Caregivers build meaningful relationships with residents while working with a team that values kindness, respect, and doing the right thing.

We’re looking for experienced Caregivers who take pride in their work and are looking for a place where they can build lasting relationships, grow their skills, and stay for the long term.

What you’ll do:

• Provide personal care and daily support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other routines.

• Build trusting relationships with residents through companionship, patience, and encouragement.

• Follow resident service plans and communicate changes in needs, preferences, or condition to the care team.

• Respond to resident requests, pages, and call lights.

• Work closely with Med Techs, nurses, and other team members to provide consistent, person-centered care.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required.

• Experience providing hands-on personal care to older adults is strongly preferred.

• A dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to caregiving.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A commitment to providing consistent, quality care and building lasting relationships with residents.

• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Set schedules. No rotation. Consistent days off.

• Day: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Swing: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• NOC: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($1/hour NOC differential)
