Responsibilities

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals
  • Administer medications according to care plans
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ health
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Communicate with teammates and families
  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Required: Arizona Certified Caregiver certification 
  • Required: Current CPR/First Aid certification, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and TB test.

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
  • Comfortable assisting seniors with daily care needs
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative care team
  • Willingness to complete required screenings and certifications

Experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus—but not required.
