• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Drive client vehicles when authorized and appropriate
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans to support client independence and safety
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must own and regularly have access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
• Candidates relying on public transportation or rides from family or friends are not eligible for this position
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Prior caregiving, home care, healthcare, or personal care experience strongly preferred
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Experience assisting clients with mobility needs, transfers, or Hoyer lifts is a plus
