Now Hiring: Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Locations: Nampa & Meridian
Schedule: Friday, Saturdays & Sundays

At Mana Resources, we lead with aloha — compassion, respect, and genuine care for one another. We’re looking for dependable, kind-hearted individuals to join our ‘ohana as Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).


If you’re looking for meaningful weekend work where you can truly make a difference, this is it. In this role, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping them build independence, feel supported, and live fulfilling lives.


What You’ll Do
  •  Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and medication assistance 
  •  Provide encouragement, emotional support, and companionship 
  •  Assist with community outings and recreational activities 
  •  Help build life skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care 
  •  Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment 
  •  Document care and communicate effectively with the team 
  •  Work alongside families and providers to follow individualized care plans 
What You Bring
  •  High school diploma or GED 
  •  Caregiving experience is a plus (we’re happy to train the right person!) 
  •  Strong communication and people skills 
  •  A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature 
  •  Ability to pass a background check 
  •  Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation 
  •  CPR/First Aid & Medication Certification (training provided) 
Weekend Openings


Nampa & Meridian:
  • Friday,  Saturday & Sunday 
    •  6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 
    •  2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 
    • 10:00 PM- 6:00 AM
