We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients. This role is both demanding and deeply rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who are elderly, ill, injured, or living with disabilities.
The ideal candidate is patient, kind, and professional, with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with taking prescribed medications
- Support safe ambulation and mobility (inside the home and during outings such as doctor’s appointments and walks)
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
- Help with prescribed physical therapy and mobility exercises
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals based on dietary needs and client preferences
- Run errands and assist with or accompany clients while shopping
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in client condition or unusual incidents
- Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping and safe meal preparation
- Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
- Compassionate, respectful, and patient demeanor
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High ethical standards and reliability
- Physical stamina and the ability to assist with mobility
- High school diploma or equivalent
