University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Workers to join our team in Pontiac, MI. As a Caregiver Worker, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Help clients with mobility and transfers safely
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and errands as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve client quality of life
- Report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is an asset
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
- Ability to pass background checks and meet health requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
