Caregivers Needed – 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers for 12-hour day and overnight shifts throughout Southwest Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and Morrisville.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Shift times and schedules vary depending on the client.

• Pay ranging from $16.50–$25.00 per hour

Caregiver Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary depending on each client’s needs and may include:

• Providing companionship and supervision
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping
• Providing transportation or assistance with errands
• Monitoring clients throughout day or overnight shifts
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent
• Communicating updates and concerns to the Griswold office team

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to remain attentive and engaged throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Griswold team
• Caregiving experience is preferred
• CNA or PCA certification is a plus but not required
• Consistent day, night, and/or weekend availability is especially helpful
