**Job Title: Caregiver**

**Position Type: ** Part-Time/Full-Time (Day and Weekend Shifts Available)
**Job Description: **

As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing, and toileting.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping including laundry and etc.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
- Support clients with mobility, including assistance with walking and transfers.
- Help with errands and transportation to appointments or social activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Maintain clear and accurate client records and reporting any changes in client condition to office management.
- Comply with all policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and promoting the dignity of clients.
**Qualifications: **
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions in relation to client care.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Flexible availability, especially for day and weekend shifts.
- Reliable transportation to travel within the designated service areas.
- CPR Certification, Current TB Test results, and Finger Print Clearance card required for all caregivers.
