Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and compassionate caregivers to join our team in Prospect, CT. This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality home health care assistance, supporting clients with daily activities, and ensuring their safety and comfort. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, managing medication reminders, and reporting changes promptly
• Provide specialized care
• Document records accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Support safe patient transfer methods using equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment
• Follow home healthcare regulations and protocols while delivering compassionate patient care

Skills

• Proven experience working with geriatric patients, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory care
• Familiarity with home care agency operations
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and patient transfer methods as needed for client safety
• Experience working within a client’s home and understanding of home & community care standards
• Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience, attention to detail, and excellent client communication
