What Your Days Look Like
You'll help clients living with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. That includes:
- Personal care — bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene, always with dignity
- Mobility support, safe transfers, and gentle redirection for memory care clients
- Preparing meals and assisting at mealtimes
- Light housekeeping, errands, grocery runs, and prescription pick-ups
- Driving clients to appointments and outings
- Keeping an eye on wellbeing and looping in the care team when something changes
- Above all — being the calm, consistent presence clients and families rely on
Who Thrives Here
- Caregivers with hands-on experience, ideally with memory care or neurodegenerative conditions
- Patient, dependable, and truly compassionate people
- Clear communicators who work well with clients, families, and teammates
- Those who can follow a personalized care plan — and adapt when life doesn't
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and provide a current TB test
