Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home care, or CNA experience preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled clients
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional demeanor
• Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, or evenings
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
