We proudly help seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking caring, dependable caregivers to serve clients throughout the Northwest Suburbs, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, and Park Ridge.
Please note: This position may be posted in one of the communities we serve, but client assignments are not limited to that location. Caregivers must be willing to travel and work throughout our service area based on client needs, availability, and scheduling.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Support mobility, safety, and daily routines
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document care provided
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and office staff
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, CNA, or facility setting preferred)
• Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and complete light physical tasks
• Strong communication and time-management skills
