Seeking motivated individuals for a Cargo Handler position with a Monday-Friday 3pm-9pm schedule, onsite. The role involves safely loading and unloading freight from trailers, using equipment like hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, with training provided.
- Responsibilities include operating scanners, labeling packages, verifying freight condition, and maintaining safety standards.
- The job requires frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 90 pounds.
- Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and be team-oriented. Flexibility for weekends and overtime is needed. Forklift certification and freight handling experience are a plus.
Compensation is $21.43/hour with bi-weekly pay, 401k eligibility, and a safe, fast-paced work environment. Must be 18+ and able to obtain necessary certifications. Equal opportunity employer.
