About the Role

The Cargo Sales Support Agent supports Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Regional Product Managers by maintaining sales systems, managing quotations, preparing reports, and supporting revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Regional Product Managers with daily sales activities.
• Maintain sales systems and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage customer quotation requests and follow up on quotation materialization.
• Maintain Salesforce records and other sales management tools.
• Generate reports and performance updates for management.
• Support customer relationship management activities and sales proposals.
• Coordinate regional and global sales initiatives and track deliverables.
• Provide support relating to sales tools, reporting, and system inputs.
• Maintain trade partner databases and monitor departmental metrics.
• Support onboarding and process guidance for new joiners.

Qualification

About You

• High School Qualification with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience; or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of job-related experience.
• Experience in sales support, group sales, tariffs, distribution, business analysis, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with sales tools and reporting platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Candidates must have the current legal right to live and work in the United States.
