Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in the Jacksonville AFB, AR area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install hollow metal door frames in existing walls
- Install wood door frames within hollow metal frames
- Install commercial door hardware, including closers and panic devices
- Perform carpentry framing and blocking using metal and wood studs
- Install drywall on metal and wood stud framing
- Complete miscellaneous carpentry tasks, including blocking, sheathing, window and door headers, and minor demolition
- Proven experience hanging and installing doors and hardware
- Must be proficient with basic hand tools
- Must be able to pass a background check
