Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential carpentry work including framing, drywall (rocking), and finish carpentry
- Hang doors, install molding and trim, and complete punch-list items
- Read and follow basic plans, layouts, and supervisor direction
- Maintain quality standards and jobsite cleanliness
- Use personal tools safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with other trades and crew members
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently to keep projects on schedule
Qualifications
- 6+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
- Strong skills in:
- Framing
- Drywall / rocking
- Hanging doors
- Molding and finish work
- Must have own tools
- OSHA certification required
- Valid work authorization (working papers required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional on the jobsite
