Carpenter
This position reports to the Vice President. Job Summary:
The position of construction carpenter consists of constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials, using the carpenters hands and power tools.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Jobsite preparation before project start date.
Operate various hand tools, power tools and equipment to complete carpentry duties.
Oversee work performed by subcontractors.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment onto job site
Submit daily timecard.
Punchlist buildings
Required Skills/Abilities:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
