Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Carpenter Helper to assist our skilled carpenters on a variety of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a skilled carpenter role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist journeyman carpenters with concrete blocking, framing, and other construction tasks.
• Carry and prepare materials, tools, and equipment.
• Mix and apply mortar, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Follow instructions carefully and help ensure projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
