Your Role:
Bring your framing and finish carpentry expertise to high-end residential projects, maintaining our reputation for exceptional quality and customer care.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years experience in framing and finish carpentry
- Solid knowledge of building codes, construction math, plus basic plumbing & electrical understanding
- OSHA 10 and RRP certifications preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 80–100 lbs, climb ladders up to 50 feet, and work in all New England weather
- Professional, customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from Beverly to job sites
