Carpenter / Carpentry Production Worker

Job Description:
We are looking for dependable candidates to join the carpentry team. This position involves working with wood and building materials to assemble, cut, and prepare products according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have basic carpentry or construction experience and be comfortable using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials.
Use hand tools and power tools safely.
Read and follow basic measurements, instructions, and specifications.
Assemble and prepare materials for production or installation.
Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Perform other carpentry and production duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Previous carpentry, construction, woodworking, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work.
Ability to lift materials as required.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
