What you will do::

• Prepare, cut, grind, sand, and assemble doors, frames, and millwork to exact specifications using saws, drills, grinders, and other tools
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to confirm dimensions and calculate materials needed
• Assemble custom wood frame doors and related wood products as assigned
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards before it leaves the shop
• Load and secure orders onto customer and company delivery vehicles
• Package and label products accurately for transport
• Operate equipment safely, maintain tools, and keep a clean, organized workspace
• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and keep production moving

What you will bring::

• 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred
• Comfortable using both power tools and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Dependable, able to follow specifications and communicate clearly
• Forklift and hand truck experience is a plus

Physical requirements and work environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs
• Work is performed indoors and outdoors with exposure to weather conditions
