We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team focusing on residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely within a small team to deliver high-quality framing and finishing work while having opportunities for growth into lead and project management roles. Occasional travel to job sites is expected.
Responsibilities
Perform framing tasks for residential construction
Complete finishing carpentry work to ensure quality and detail
Collaborate effectively with a small team of 2-5 members
Maintain and manage carpentry tools and equipment
Follow safety protocols on job sites
Adapt to occasional travel requirements
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in carpentry
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with carpentry tools and measurement techniques
Strong problem-solving skills
