Carpenter / Experienced General Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a dependable and skilled individual with carpentry/ maintenance experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential and/or commercial construction projects and be able to work independently as well as part of a crew.
Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry/ maintenance work, including framing, trim, and finish work
• Read and follow construction plans and measurements
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Assist with remodeling, repairs, and new construction projects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous carpentry or maintenance experience required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
