What You'll Do:
Oversee daily site operations and manage crew productivity Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers Mentor and train carpenters and laborers
What You Bring:
5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (foreman or lead preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to solve problems and adapt on the fly A deep knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods Driver's license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic
