We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to support both exterior and interior scopes across the greater Seattle area. Key Responsibilities? Perform dry rot repair and replacement? Rough framing (balconies, landings, and structural components)? Siding installation and repair? Finish carpentry (trim, doors, casings, cabinets, and detail work)? Safely operate hand and power tools? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Qualifications? Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience required? Experience with dry rot, framing, siding, and or finish carpentry preferred? Ability to perform physically demanding work in various jobsite conditions? Reliable transportation to travel between job sites? Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented? Authorized to work in the United States? Paid Sick Leave (in accordance with WA State law)
