Key Requirements:
- Previous general labor experience in a new construction environment required.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading soil, and using tampers to create a stable, level sub-base.
- Construct, assemble, and brace wood or metal forms used for concrete placement.
- Rake, shovel, and distribute wet concrete evenly within forms.
- Assist with concrete pours and finishing activities as needed.
- Clean, oil, and maintain forms, hand tools, mixers, and power equipment.
- Perform site cleanup duties, including hauling debris, removing scrap materials, and maintaining a safe work area.
- Follow all company and job site safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a construction crew in a fast-paced environment.
