Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Carpenter Helpers for projects located in and around Millington, MD.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $20/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Carpenter Helper eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Assemble Wall Panels and Housing Components using Battery-Powered Drills, Torque Wrenches, and other Hand Tools
• Work with Sheet Metal Materials to Ensure Precise and Durable Assemblies
• Maintain a Clean, Organized, and Safe Work Environment
• Collaborate with Team Members to Meet Daily Production Goals and Deadlines
• Take Initiative to Learn New Tasks and Contribute to Continuous Improvement

Requirements:

• • Able to Read and Follow Basic Blueprints, Schematics, or Verbal Instructions
  • Previous Experience in Sheet Metal Work or General Mechanical Assembly
  • Carpentry or House Framing Experience
  • Sheet Metal Welding Experience is a Strong Plus
  • Ability to Lift and Handle Materials Safely and Efficiently
  • Reliable Transportation and Attendance
