Key Responsibilities:- Assist carpenters and tradespeople with daily construction tasks
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Perform site cleanup and material organization
- Support framing, concrete, demolition, and finish work
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean jobsite
- Learn construction skills through hands-on experience
Skills/Education/Experience:- Construction experience
- Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused mindset
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $20 - $27/hour
This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs ($1-$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and comprehensive benefits package.
