Structure Resources is seeking skilled Carpenters for our client, a reputable General Contractor specializing in commercial construction. We are looking for talented individuals to support both commercial construction projects and facilities maintenance work. This is a temp-to-hire role with potential for long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, finish work, and general construction duties on commercial projects.
Support the facilities maintenance team as needed, including repairs, upgrades, and general building upkeep.
Ability to float between commercial construction projects and maintenance work based on company needs.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with all company and OSHA standards.
Collaborate effectively with other trades and team members on site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in commercial construction or facilities maintenance.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Flexible and adaptable, willing to float between different types of work.
Ability to lift and carry materials, stand, kneel, and work on scaffolding as required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
$28–$32/hr, depending on experience
Temp-to-hire with potential for full-time placement
