What You'll Do
As a Service Technician, you're the face of Presidential Exteriors after the sale — the person who makes sure every product we install performs and looks exactly as it should.
- Install roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, and other exterior remodeling products according to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision to ensure high-quality workmanship and proper fit and finish.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment safely while maintaining a clean and organized job site.
- Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to complete projects efficiently, on schedule, and within quality expectations.
- Identify and communicate job site issues, material shortages, or structural concerns to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform demolition, site preparation, framing, and finish carpentry as needed for residential remodeling projects.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety by following OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by treating homeowners and their property with professionalism, respect, and care throughout the installation process.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience installing or servicing exterior remodeling products — windows and doors especially
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, and comfort working on ladders and at heights
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and comfort driving between job sites
- A professional, customer-first attitude
- The ability to lift and carry heavy materials and to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Comfort using a phone or app to log and document service visits
- Experience with roofing or siding service is a plus

Schedule & Location
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays
- Based in New Jersey — in-person, field-based role
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active, field-based role. Candidates should be able to lift and carry materials, climb and work from ladders, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
