  Job Description<\/span><\/b>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform various carpentry tasks including door hanging, fixture installation, caulking, plastering, metal stud framing, and construction painting.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Measure, mark, and cut drywall panels according to design plans. Fasten panels and tiles to support structures.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Patch, trim, and smooth rough spots and edges. Apply tape and sealing compound to cover joints between wall boards.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Installation of rough carpentry, framing, hanging of insulation and drywall, suspended ceiling systems, caulking, miscellaneous and drywall trim.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Install cabinets, counter tops, flooring, trim, and other carpentry components.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to make repairs to doors, frames, walls, and ceilings.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain positive working relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.<\/span>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient in using carpentry hand and power tools and equipment.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials according to specifications.<\/span>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Inspect all tools and power tools before use to ensure they are in safe and working condition.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/span>
