The Role:
We're hiring an entry-level carpenter to join our field crew. You don't need to have everything figured out yet - we'll train you. You'll shadow our experienced carpenters, learn the trade hands-on, and over time we'll find where you fit best, whether that's rough framing and structural work or detailed finish carpentry.

What You'll Do:
- Work alongside experienced carpenters on residential remodeling projects.
- Assist with rough carpentry (framing, structural work) and finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinetry).
- Learn job site safety, tool use, and trade best practices.
- Show up ready to work and willing to learn.
What We're Looking For:
- Some carpentry or construction experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person.
- Strong work ethic and a good attitude.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors and on job sites in varying conditions.
- A desire to build a long-term career in the trades.
