Carpenter

Specific Job Functions:

• Complete maintenance and installation of commercial doors and hardware throughout the property.
• Complete carpentry repairs and maintenance throughout property including drywall, framing, cabinetry, millwork, hardware, acrylics, solid surface, plastic laminate, wall protection, furniture, and suspended ceilings.
• Complete fabrication and installation of cabinets, millwork, and fixtures.
• Complete remodeling tasks including light demolition, steel framing, drywall, suspended ceilings, door hardware, and finished carpentry.
• Safely and accurately operate hand and power tools along with shop machinery to complete assigned projects.
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Qualifications:

• At least five years' experience in commercial carpentry and remodeling required.
• A minimum of five years' experience working with and reading blueprints and shop drawings required.
• Five years or more years' experience operating hand and power tools and shop machinery necessary.
• Must have at least five years' experience in finished carpentry.
• Experience in running and programming Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
