Gold Beech Construction is a residential builder focused on high-quality custom homes, renovations, and additions throughout Greater Boston and MetroWest. We take pride in doing precise, well-crafted work.

We're currently seeking a Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on well-executed residential projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, renovations, and additions.
  
• Read and interpret architectural plans, layouts, and blueprints.
  
• Measure, cut, shape, and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and millwork.
  
• Assist with layout, material prep, and on-site problem solving.
  
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, teammates, and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.
  
• Follow all safety procedures and construction best practices.
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven carpentry experience (residential construction preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
  
• Ability to read plans and execute detailed work accurately.
  
• High standards for craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.
  
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Boston and MetroWest.
  
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow with the team.
