Carpenter (Tier 1 – Field Team)
Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Halco is looking for a skilled
Carpenter to join our field team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and wants clear opportunity for growth.

What You’ll Do
- Perform rough, finish, or general carpentry work on residential remodeling and design-build projects
- Work independently once scope and direction are provided
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Maintain strong quality and safety standards
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
- Support daily production goals
- Step up to guide other Tier 1 team members when needed
- Communicate clearly with Lead Carpenters and supervisors
What You Bring
- 3+ years of residential carpentry experience
- Experience in framing, finish carpentry, or both
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Professional communication and team mindset
- OSHA 10 preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Personal hand tools (company provides power tools)
