Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters/Metal Framers for projects located in the Mobile, AL area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30+/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Install metal stud framing, track, backing, and exterior framing systems on commercial projects
Assist with façade installation, exterior wall systems, panels, and structural framing components
Read blueprints and work from layout marks with minimal supervision
Hang drywall and frame walls, soffits, openings, and exterior assemblies as needed
Safely use lifts, lasers, screw guns, impacts, and standard carpenter tools on active commercial jobsites
Requirements
Strong commercial metal framing experience required
Facade or exterior wall system experience preferred
Must have basic carpenter hand tools and PPE
Ability to read a tape measure and work efficiently from prints/layouts
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
