About the Role:
North American Land Development is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our growing team in Monroe, LA! Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other building materials for construction projects
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, framing, and trim
• Inspect and repair damaged frameworks, structures, and fixtures
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely completion
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment properly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential, commercial, or land development construction
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality craftsmanship
• Must have your own basic tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
