Job Overview

We are seeking dependable Commercial Carpenters to join our growing team in Nashua, NH. This is a hands-on role working on commercial construction projects, performing a variety of carpentry tasks from jobsite preparation through project completion. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial carpentry work including framing, installation, repairs, and finish work.
• Prepare jobsites before project start.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with project completion and punch list items.
• Coordinate with and oversee work performed by subcontractors when needed.
• Accurately submit daily timecards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous carpentry or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good time management and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites.
