Liberty Maintenance is a fast-growing contracting and maintenance company serving the greater Philadelphia area. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team in a full-time role.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in carpentry or general construction. This role requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. It is a great opportunity for a motivated carpenter looking for a stable, long-term position with room for growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of carpentry/construction experience
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Must have a valid driver’s license

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Framing of walls with wood/metal studs, Frame decks, doorways, windows, etc
• Drywall patching, interior repairs, and painting
• Installation of Decks, doorways, and windows
• Finish carpentry, including trim work, handrails, etc
• Tile work and flooring installation
• Knowledge and use of power tools, including table saw, chop saw, drills, etc
• Drive van/truck, stock & clean vehicle, pick up materials for jobs
• Must be able to wear a half and full-face respirator

• Must have a clean driving record, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and criminal background check
• Work Remotely
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly
