Seeking Skilled Finish Carpenter to join the team across Connecticut. This role focuses on high-quality residential rebuilds following fire and insurance-related damage, offering steady, year-round work and the chance to take ownership of detailed craftsmanship in meaningful projects.
What You'll Do as the Skilled Finish Carpenter:
- Perform finish carpentry work on residential restoration and remodeling projects
- Install trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other detailed interior elements
- Assist with framing and structural repairs as needed
- Execute kitchen and interior remodel work from start to finish
- Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines and quality standards
- Travel to job sites across Connecticut (company truck and gas provided)
Must-Haves as the Skilled Finish Carpenter:
- Strong experience in finish carpentry and residential remodeling
- Ability to install trim, hang doors, and complete detailed interior work
- Comfort working on active construction and restoration sites
- Reliable transportation history and ability to travel throughout the state
- Solid understanding of construction best practices and safety
Nice-to-Haves as the Skilled Finish Carpenter:
- Experience with insurance restoration or fire rebuild projects
- 5+ years of carpentry experience
