We're hiring a Carpenter who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a team that values skill and professionalism. If you have 3-5 years of residential remodeling experience and want to work on projects that matter -- this is the place.

What You'll Do

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, and whole-home renovations
• Frame, trim, install cabinetry, doors, windows, siding, and custom millwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings
• Work alongside the lead carpenter and project managers to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with clients, trades, and the True North team
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations

What You Need

• 3-5 years of residential carpentry experience remodeling required
• Strong skills in framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and siding
• Ability to read plans and work independently with minimal oversight
• High attention to detail and pride in clean, precise work
• Professional communication with clients and coworkers
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation to job sites
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in varying conditions
• Own basic hand tools power tools provided

Preferred:

• Experience with kitchen and bath remodeling
• Knowledge of local building codes PA / Montgomery County
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
