Read and understand drawings and specifications and contribute to creating as-built drawings Install and properly align door frames and hardware ensuring all components are secure and functional Demonstrate strong knowledge of job site safety with the ability to evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning focusing on hazard identification Exhibit strong interpersonal skills interact effectively with all levels of management show initiative and work independently or collaboratively as needed Lead small construction projects and communicate schedule estimates progress and impacts Create as-built drawings for completed work Ability to produce parts lists and work plans based on drawings or field observations
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a Journeyman Carpenter applicants with less than 5 years will be assessed for experience level and considered Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Capability to create as-built drawings for completed work Experience in measuring cutting and installing door frames and hardware preferred Flexibility to complete job scopes outside of typical core competencies as required and willingness to travel to various project locations as required Extensive experience with hand and power tools Experience operating scissor lifts boom lifts forkliftsand experience with hand power tools and ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
Essential Physical Demands Ability to work at heights up to 80 ft.

Expected Compensation 28.80 - 54.63hour cash and stock awards benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience.
