Carpenter (Service Technician)

We are seeking a talented Carpenter (Service Technician) to bring expertise, versatility, and commitment to our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll contribute to a variety of construction, repair, and restoration projects, ensuring every task is completed with expert attention to detail and safety. Required Skills:
Proven experience in carpentry, including framing, trim, cabinetry, and custom woodworking
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, levels, and surveying equipment
Strong measuring, cutting, shaping, and installation capabilities
Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, and remodeling processes
Ability to perform plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and flooring installation as needed
Excellent teamwork, time management, and safety awareness
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with structural repairs and damage inspection
Certification in carpentry or related construction trades
Knowledge of water damage restoration and mold remediation techniques
Additional skills in plumbing, electrical, or masonry work
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship in carpentry preferred
Prior hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction and repair roles
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in person at various job sites
Willingness to travel as required for project locations
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Commitment to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment
