Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Roofer to join our team. In this role you will perform a variety of carpentry and repair tasks including roofing, siding, drywall work, and structural improvements related to solar installations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments prior to project start, including measurements and documentation.
- Perform structural upgrades such as framing and sistering rafters.
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks efficiently and safely.
- Complete repairs related to solar installations, including siding and drywall.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including photos and site details.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow company vehicle policies and safety regulations.
- Assist with general construction and maintenance tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of carpentry and roofing techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Education & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in carpentry or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements

- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
- Ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs regularly.
