Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for Carpenters and Journeyman Carpenters to work for our clients in the Portland, OR., and Vancouver, WA., areas. Our positions are a mix of residential, commercial, interior and or exterior and utilize rough framing to finish experience. We are seeking applicants with a well-rounded background in construction that are interested in projects or a long-term position. We have multiple well-established clients waiting for us to find the right person for the job \u2013 if you'd like to learn more apply today!\n \nResponsibilities Include but are not limited to:\n\n All phases of construction from ground-up to remodel work.\n \n\n Framing - including wood and possibly metal.\n \n\n Finish work that could include door installation, flooring, cabinet install, trim install, tile and more.\n \n\n Travel to various job sites throughout the Portland Metro or Vancouver WA areas. We take into account your preferences on location wherever possible.\n \n\n \nQualifications:\n\n Minimum 3+ years' experience with commercial and or residential construction.\n \n\n Experience with installation of doors, windows, cabinets, trim and specialty finishes.\n \n\n Wood and metal framing\n \n\n Interior and or exterior experience.\n \n\n Have your own hand tools for carpentry, some power tools are a plus.\n \n\n Blueprint reading and ability to follow and or give instructions.\n \n\n Reliable transportation with excellent attendance and ability to show up on time.\n \n\n \nBenefits:\n\n $25-$30+ an hour DOE\n \n\n Direct Hire, Project Based, and Temp to Hire roles available\n \n\n Medical\n \n\n Paid Sick Leave\n \n\n 401 (k) Matching\n \n\n* Referral Bonus\n \n\n
